
The main reason we require you to provide part
numbers for special orders, is because we don't speak Japanese, and
sometimes we get the wrong number as the language barrier can be quite
difficult to deal with when looking for a specific part. With that in
mind, we have set the following policies.
Special Order Returns - When
a Special Order has been placed, and the money has been received. We
will not refund all or any portion of your payment once we have ordered
the items through Toyota. Reason is, is we don't speak the language
to tell them that it was the wrong part, we have tried to return items
and after 30 minutes of trying to explain it, gave up. The only time
a refund will be given is if there is a mistake on our part, which is
why we require the part numbers for the item to come from you. Yes,
we have tons of part numbers and will cross reference to what you give
us to what we have. If we feel there is a mistake somewhere like a mis-matching
number, we will then get back to you and see if we can figure it out.
Stocked Item Returns - Basically,
if you see it on our page, that is considered our Stocked Items (although
we might have to order it for you). These are the items that we regularily
sell. With these items, we will accept returns minus shipping for pretty
much every situation. Once we have the part back to us, undamaged and
UNMOUNTED, we will issue you your return (minus shipping). If we get
a product back that has clearly been damaged or mounted to a vehicle,
we will simply ship it back to you (on your dime) and not issue you
a return.
