The MR2 store is a small establishment based in Japan which was started because we have seen a need for certain JDM parts that people just can't get in the states, or are really hard to find. The only parts we sell are for the 1991 through 1999 Toyota MR2 which we purchase directly from a regional Toyota parts distributor here in Japan. We try to limit ourselves to the rare parts and parts that are considered to be a good deal. Some parts we can get, but decided not to get or sell them. This is because you can get them cheaper elsewhere, which is why you won't see them on our site. If you don't see a part that we are selling, feel free to ask using our contact form or head over to our forums. If I don't have it, or can't get, I will try to respond by giving you a place that does sell it.

Please understand that this is not our full time jobs. Some parts, although we can get a good deal on them, will not be sold by us. The reason for this, is there are companies out there who do depend on the MR2 community to make a living and we have no ambitions to take money out of there pockets.

We are not an official store, meaning we do not have a store front or a building. This is ran out of my apartment. We have 2 employees, myself and a buddy who helps me pick up parts from time to time. We are an online only store, our hours are simple, we are basically open on weekdays, meaning I will reply to emails only during the week. I do not check my email over the weekends.
